RECIPE: Swedish Baked Pancake
We thought this was pretty bland - spiced up it could be pretty good. It was super easy though. I baked it in a 11x7 but would recommend a 9X13 to thin it out just a bit. We topped this with a peach rum sauce and peaches.

These were very moist, and didn't flip well. Tasted like my mom's...I will have to get her recipe next time.
