RECIPE: Scallop & Fish Stew

REALLY tasty, and very simple. I added a dash of Old Bay seasoning, and some sauteed Eggplant. My only complaint is there wasn't enough, it was so good! Thanks!

RECIPE: Scallops Bonne Femme (Scallops in White Wine Sauce)

Simple, fast, absolutely delicious! I didn't have but about a cup of scallops so I halved the recipe and served it atop broiled tilapia fillets.

I have been making this chowder for over a year now and we love it every time. I use whatever creamed soup we have on hand, chicken, celery or potato. Yummy!
