Recently I baked/smoked some country pork ribs on a closed Weber Kettle grill for about 40 minutes they looked perfect and moist.

RECIPE: Legal Seafood Style Baked Scallops
It's easy, fast and tasty. Almost nutty like. My kids love seafood, but for some reason they were just OK with this. They prefer scallops saute in butter, parsley, lemon. Thank you for a good recipe.

RECIPE: Scallop, Corn and Bacon Chowder
Great. I didn't make the "parsley oil" but this was loved nonetheless. I used Yukon gold potatoes, and half and half instead of cream. I also used chicken broth in place of the clam juice. Thank you!
