I have 3 very large red onions cooked on grill in grill pan leftover from the 4th. Any idea's what kind of recipe they can be used in? Hate to waste, they are kind of expensive.

RECIPE: Honey-Spinach Salad
Quick to fix and different from the typical spinach salad. Dressing was quite good, not overly sweet but definitely had a honey flavor. Would be great with grilled chicken or shrimp to make a main dish salad. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

RECIPE: Caesar Salad
Fantastic! Highly recommended. I added grilled chicken using Kittencal's Greek Chicken Marinade. I also grilled the halved romaine using EVOO, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
