I bought a mozzarella-basil-prosciutto roll and now I'm not sure what to do with it. Basically it's thin prosciutto and basil rolled up in mozzarella to make a sort of log. I tried it just sliced thin on crackers, but it's not doing it for me. Any other ideas for this?
Thanks!

RECIPE: Beef Stroganoff
A fantastic recipe and loved by all, I used whole fresh button mushroom though instead of tinned and added a little cream to the mix to make the sauce go that little bit further. Highly recommended!

RECIPE: Noodles, Cabbage and Onions - Halushki
I'm 6 monts pregnant and yesterday, I was craving Polish food like never before. This hearty comfort dish totally fit the bill! I added smoked paprika and bits of vegetarian sausage for more flavor.
