At the risk of exposing my ignorance can someone please tell me who Mean Chef is. Was that the most popular chef of all time (I thought that was Kittencal) and what happened to her/him?

RECIPE: Honey Roasted Pork Loin
We will be giving you 5 stars for this one. The only thing I would change next time is doubling the sauce (as others recommended), there just wasn't enough. Which made it a little dry. Great flavor!!! Thanks

RECIPE: Tea Jenny's Wonderful Roast Chicken
what an unusual way to prepare chicken! i wasn't sure it was going to come out, as i tasted the mixture before cooking the chicken and it was bitter. i did use loose darjeeling tea, and pretty much followed the recipe. i used lemon pepper in place...

RECIPE: Herb-Roasted Pork Tenderloin
Absolutely the best! This will be a staple for my Sunday Dinners menus, Very Moist and juice! I add extra marinade in the last 15 minutes of cooking and sliced the Poke in to slices. I served it with Garlic Butter Baby Potatoes.
