I've never seen Bragg Aminos (as mentioned in "Vegan Omelet") where I live (Norway). What does it taste like? Can it be substituted with regular soy sauce or something else?

Woops, I made this a long time ago for NA*ME Tag but never reviewed it. W loved this!! Taro is interesting stuff & I don't know how to describe it except it was a different starchy than potatoes & sweetish.
