This was my first time making soup in the new pressure cooker, and it sure was easy! I am looking forward to being able to make this on a work night during the winter! Great flavors and turned out perfectly done!

RECIPE: Pressure Cooker Porcupines
Never had these before and they were great. I did use cream of mushroom soup instead of the tomato and added minced garlic. I served with a side of mushrooms and onions (choped, covered and nuked for seven minutes). Can we say, "no leftovers!"...

RECIPE: Beef Burgundy
Great flavor and easy to prepare. The only deviation from recipe was to add rosemary and reduce the combined simmer time by 30 minutes, served over garlic mashed potatoes and the whole family loved it. Will be a standard for our house.
