Recently I baked/smoked some country pork ribs on a closed Weber Kettle grill for about 40 minutes they looked perfect and moist.

A nice spicy side. Could not get canned favas and fresh are out of season, so used canned baby lima beans instead. Enjoyed all the caramelized onions mixed with the tomato sauce and smoked paprika. Did cup the red pepper back for DH’s sake used...
