Recently I baked/smoked some country pork ribs on a closed Weber Kettle grill for about 40 minutes they looked perfect and moist.

RECIPE: Lentil and Brown Rice Soup
~Excellent!~ I doubled the recipe to use up yesterday's rice. I also substituted red wine vinegar. My 9 year old asked for second's! Glad to know that I can freeze a few portions for a quick meal this winter.
