RECIPE: Mom's Easy Crock Pot BBQ Ribs

I'm not adding a rating because I didn't make this exactly but I used this recipe as a jumping-off point to make shredded pork for sandwiches and it was awesome! I used 2.5 lb of boneless ribs and about 1.25 cups of homemade sauce, Tony Roma's Carolina Honey BBQ Sauce....

RECIPE: Foolproof Baby Back Ribs

I did as was suggested and waited the full hour before checking on the ribs, but alas, they were overdone at that point! Dry and chewy! I did like the flavor however, so next time I will check them after about 45 minutes.
