Excellent recipe! We marinated the cubed tenderloin overnight and, because we ran out of gas for the BBQ (aaargh!), had to saute the meat in a pan on the stovetop. Still tasted yummy - tender and flavourful! I bought garlic-flavoured Naan bread...

RECIPE: Favorite Brine for Pork/cider Maple

This was GREAT !! I used it on pork tenderloin (cooked on the grill). The meat was tender, juicey, and flavorful! I can't wait to try iy on a roast chicken!!
