RECIPE: Sunday's Best Pork Roast

Simple and delish.....just like my grandmother used to make. The only change I made was to use onion soup mix instead of beef (since that is what grandma used). I made a gravy with with the juice - just added some water & flour.

RECIPE: Cuban Pork Stew

I was surprised to find out how much I liked this because the combiantion seemed so strange. It's really, really good and really hearty for the 5 ww points! I used extra garlic and added some chili powder, which gave it a little more spice.
