very very good pickled eggs i too added water to the recipe and a touch more sugar the onion flavor was very good paired with the eggs this is the excellent choice for the perfect pickled egg

RECIPE: Polish Casserole

This was pretty good. I was concerned when putting it together that it didn't have enough stuff in it, but it came together nicely. I'd definitely use less butter next time though. Thanks for posting.

RECIPE: Spoil the Son-In-Law Borshch

Excellent recipe! I especially like the use of the honey, that added a little something extra this borshch needed. I also put in about 4 large potatoes. Tastes just like mom used to make.
