This is excellent! I made it with (dare I say) road kill pheasant - saw it hit by a car, turned around and picked it up and did it up in this recipe using just the breasts. My husband raved about it! I had no cilantro, so added some grated ginger...

RECIPE: Chili Pheasant

I made this for my hunting family and it was very well received. I was told to make this again and everyone wanted the recipe. I did put Habanjero Jack in some for our spicy eaters and it was delicious.
