I am sure this has probably been asked before. I have a bunch of bananas that are ripening a lot faster than usual. When I have frozen bananas in the past, they turn brown. Is there a way to freeze these and use them later for bread/muffins, etc? .............or, is this not a good idea?

These were wonderful and a nice change from plain baked sweet potatoes.
