Put them in the fridge
Would I need to put lemon over them before wrapping with Cling Wrap so does not turn brown?

RECIPE: Fried Perch
This is the lightest and crispiest batter ever. Absolulely delish. One problem, my husband doesn't want to take me to fish fry anymore, he likes this better!!!

RECIPE: Perch Fillets
I found using 1 cup or less of flour sufficent, as I had more ingredients left over after making six large perch filets. Taste was good and although, no cooking time was indicated. I use the 10 minute per inch think rule, per side.
