I did a bit of juggling with the ingredients in that I used just 4 slices of bacon, a 1/4 cup of olive oil, 2/3 cup of parmesan cheese & then substituted lemon pepper for the S&P! That said, this is a great keeper of a recipe & one I'll make again...
