I am using 102 OZ of canned crushed tomatoes to make salsa to be canned. Do I still need to add vinegar to this recipe and if so, will this change the taste of my recipe? I do not want a sour flavor.

RECIPE: Yummy Yummy Macaroni and Cheese
Very good and easy to make! My 3 year old LOVED it and he's very picky with his mac and cheese. I poured the sauce over his pasta (no oven) and then added cayenne pepper and breadcrumbs and put in the oven for DH and myself.
