I cook for a crew at my local lodge and many times make my famous Italian dishes. I don't have problems with the pasta sticking to each other, but rather to the bottom of the pot. My main dishes are lasagna and stuffed shells and you pretty much need the entire item to be rip free.

RECIPE: Croatian Octopus “pod Pekom”
This dish was very good. I made it with baby octopi (14) and a lb. of shrimp minus the black olives. Surprisingly it did not have an overpowering seafood taste. It is a great way to introduce timid eaters (what I call epicuriously challenged)...

This is a really great recipe. I too used frozen, cleaned baby octopus, allowing them to thaw in the marinade overnight in my fridge. The key is a really hot grill - you want them to cook very quickly and have a nice char, but pull them off...

RECIPE: Calamari Mediterraneo
Wow! This recipe was simple but really great! Instead of Ancho Chilis I used chili paste and omitted the capers. This was fast and delicious! I poured this over pasta and it was amazing!
