Pretty close to the Chili's version, the only thing I would recommend is using a little less Masa. This may have has something to do with it converting the servings, but the the Masa flavor was a little to bold for me. I will defenitly make...

RECIPE: Boston Market Meatloaf

This is a great meatloaf recipe, definitely a keeper! I added diced green and red bell pepper to mine and baked it in my iron skillet. My family said it was the best meatloaf that I had ever made. I believe the iron skillet made a difference.
