RECIPE: Oatmeal-Lace Cookies (Havrekniplekaker)

fANtAStic!! i started off with a slightly larger cookie but then saw how much they spread so dropped them a bit smaller.... so good, can't wait to serve to my mom, she'll be so pleased to enjoy an authentic norwegian cookie

RECIPE: Lemon-Baked Cod

Made this last night and loved it. Mine did brown nicely, I think that the paprika helps with that. I thought that the lemon & butter mixture was just perfect - not overpowering, just enough to give it nice flavor. I will definitely make this...
