quote I am using 102 OZ of canned crushed tomatoes to make salsa to be canned. Do I still need to add vinegar to this recipe and if so, will this change the taste of my recipe? I do not want a sour flavor. quote

RECIPE: Nigerian Beef-Spinach Stew

This adaptation was a good idea but unfortunately, the results are a big let-down. This tastes nothing like the original Efo-Riro (Yoruba name for this recipe). Sometimes it's best to stay true to the original rather than try to remake it.
