At the risk of exposing my ignorance can someone please tell me who Mean Chef is. Was that the most popular chef of all time (I thought that was Kittencal) and what happened to her/him?

RECIPE: Betty White's Chicken Wings
They were easy to make and pretty good they didn't taste like soy sauce as badly as I feared they would. My husband loves soy sauce but I don't like it at all so it was a great compermise in taste.

RECIPE: Italian Chopped Salad in Shells
Wow! These were really good and easy to make too! This will become a regular for cookouts this summer. I'm going to try this over the weekend using crab meat in place of the chicken. Thanks for sharing a delightful recipe!

RECIPE: Crock Pot Stuffed Chicken Rolls
Many of the reviews I read said that this was too salty, so I went without the salt and it came out bland. Next time I'll add more spices in with the chicken soup and broth. I used bacon instea of ham, and it was good.
