RECIPE: Blueberry Streusel Muffins

These make a good breakfast muffin as they are not too sweet. The kids would have preferred a bit n=more sugar though. I did replace the oil with applesauce and I used soy milk in place of regular milk. Thanks for the recipe.

RECIPE: Whole Grain Health Muffins

My kids loved these - will definitely make again. I used scottish oatmeal, a little less sugar, shredded apple and egg whites. Yummy and you could definitely play around with the recipe to suit your taste.
