RECIPE: Triberry Muffins

These were excellent,I halved the recipe as there is only 2 of us. I had a few blackberries so I added those as well. Simply delishious. Next time I will make the whole recipe as these were finished way too quickly and I had none left. Nov 2009...

RECIPE: Carrot Apple Muffins

These had a great flavor, not too sweet and were moist, but a bit too dense. Maybe I would use some unbleached white flour instead of all whole wheat. Would be good with some dried cranberries added. Made for Fall 2009 My 3 Chefs game.

RECIPE: Apple Pumpkin Muffins

This was GREAT!!! i used applesauce instead of oil, and used some cinnamon apples i had canned earlier in the season. i also omitted the chocolate. but it made great muffins and a great cake! will use this again! FABULOUS!!!!
