RECIPE: Lumpia

I made these for our supper tonight. Tasty and easy to assemble. I have not deep fried anything myself for years, so I made mistakes like I had the oil higher than 375 degrees which was not good. I also should have realized, just like baking...

RECIPE: Lumpia

Great recipe!!!! My son helped roll them. And so nice that it made exactly the package size, so no leftover wrappers or filling!!! We dipped in plum sauce. Made for ZWT 4.

RECIPE: Lumpia

My 20 DD and I made these for lunch today and they are delicious!!! The only change we made to the recipe is that I used spring roll wrappers rather than egg roll wrappers. Made for ZWT 2008. Thanks LavenderLynn!!
