RECIPE: Seared Mahi-Mahi With a Garlic-Sesame Crust and Asparagus Relish

this was a hard recipe to cook and follow it was alott of work for very little to no pay off I will definately not make this again

RECIPE: Nut encrusted mahi mahi

The fish was very good. I loved the fish, it was moist and had an amazing presentation. My DH would give this 7 stars - he loved it as is. I on the other hand did not care for the glaze... (5 stars for the fish) I will make this again but serve it...

RECIPE: Poor Man's Lobster ( Mahi Mahi)

This was so good and so easy! Cooked according to recipe, except I couldn't find mahi mahi - instead used tilapia, which worked out great!
