RECIPE: Lemon Rice

This was a wonderful and easy dish. I added extra garlic and fixed it in the rice cooker. Served with marinated asian tuna and stir-fried vegies. Wonderful meal. Will definately use this dish with other meats. Made for Zaar Alphabet Soup game...
