Recently I baked/smoked some country pork ribs on a closed Weber Kettle grill for about 40 minutes they looked perfect and moist.

I made this almost exactly to recipe, since I think I used about 400g of mushrooms LOL. My family and I love the things. And I also crumbled a beef stock cube amongst the beef while cooking, I like extra flavour. This was also my first time ever...

RECIPE: Beautiful Vegetable Lasagna
I substituted yellow squash for the carrots and added a little minced garlic while sauteing. This was fabulous, and my husband went for thirds... always a great sign.
