RECIPE: Christmas Jam (Pectin Version)

I did so many things wrong making this recipe and it was still awesome, lol! I forgot to chop the apples finely before putting them in, so they cooked for an hour on high before I remembered to go mash them up. Then I feel asleep while they were...
