RECIPE: Copycat Lipton's Onion Soup Mix

Husband and I were craving a late snack to watch with a movie. I grabbed this recipe, hit my spice drawer and some sour cream I had in. And had great dip in minutes. I love it. And wont buy Lipton anymore. Thanks!

I enjoyed this so much — I love beets, but have only had them boiled before, so this recipe was a real treat. I would make no changes to it; however, my husband asked for less of the sour cream mixture next time, so I will prepare his separately...
