This is a delicous cake! In the end I only did 2 layers...but that was just because I was too lazy to find another tin !

RECIPE: Icelandic Guacamole Nachos

This basic nacho dish was quick and easy to make. We found that adding the salsa made the bottom row of nacho chips soft and soggy, even though we baked it in the oven. Made during Pac Spring 08.
