RECIPE: Oaxacan Grilled Shrimp

Very nice flavors! This is easy and quick. I forgot to use lime juice, but liked it fine with the lemon juice. I cut the recipe down, and I cooked them without the skewers in a grill pan on the stove, delicious! Made for Herb/Spice of the Month.
