Hi Everyone -- I know that this is probably pretty basic, but can someone please explain to me how to roast peppers in the oven? Can you do more than one variety at the same time? Temp? How long? What about doing it on the grill outdoors? Thanks all you wonderful cooks! --Pam, late bloomer chef

RECIPE: Baking Powder Biscuits
I made 6 huge biscuits which were soft and fluffy. It was very easy to make and it didn't take much time. I followed the recipe exactly as written and it was delicious with butter and jelly. It's a keeper! Thanks for sharing!

RECIPE: Quick Cheese and Pepper Bread
I liked this bread; DH didn't care for it. I realized too late that I didn't have much cheese, so I added what I had plus some feta cheese. I really enjoyed it. Guess I have a whole loaf to eat!
