My Father's Day burgers fell apart on the grill! What causes hamburgers to fall apart when cooking on the grill? Is it the type of ground beef or seasonings added to the meat? Is there a rule of thumb for the best type of ground beef and additives?

RECIPE: Peanut Butter Cookies
Great recipe. I made as directed and they turned out perfect. I did bake them at 350 for 13-14 minutes to because I like them a little browner and crispier. Delicious!

RECIPE: Lemon Tea Cookies
The filling on these cookies is about the best lemon flavor ever. The cookies themselves are very delicate. It does take 25 minutes of constant stirring while the filling is cooking so that is kind of a pain but apart from that they're wonderful.
