At the risk of exposing my ignorance can someone please tell me who Mean Chef is. Was that the most popular chef of all time (I thought that was Kittencal) and what happened to her/him?

RECIPE: Hearty Cheese 'n Toast
I really loved this recipe. I used some leftover marinated turkey tenderloin and poured a LOT of the cheese sauce on top, then sprinkled it with the caraway seeds. If you like a lot of the sauce you might need to double it. Thanks for a keeper....

RECIPE: Ham
It wasn't as good as I thought it would be. It was not sweet at all.

RECIPE: Crock Pot Stuffed Chicken Rolls
Many of the reviews I read said that this was too salty, so I went without the salt and it came out bland. Next time I'll add more spices in with the chicken soup and broth. I used bacon instea of ham, and it was good.
