I bought a mozzarella-basil-prosciutto roll and now I'm not sure what to do with it. Basically it's thin prosciutto and basil rolled up in mozzarella to make a sort of log. I tried it just sliced thin on crackers, but it's not doing it for me. Any other ideas for this?
Thanks!

RECIPE: Balsamic-Glazed Halibut
Don't be afraid to marinade all day. On my second attempt of this recipe I marinaded for 8 hours and we could taste the mustard alot deeper. I cooked this in a non-stick pan with a dash of olive oil and kept it moving, but let the sugar brown a...
