RECIPE: Halibut with Citrus-Dijon Sauce

Wonderfully flavorful marinade for fish. My grocery store was out of halibut, so I got Corvina instead. I used the inside grill and it cooked up fabulously! The sauce compliments the fish well. Very tasty!
