Help!
Recently I baked/smoked some country pork ribs on a closed Weber Kettle grill for about 40 minutes they looked perfect and moist.
I put them on a sheet and covered with foil in a 250 degree oven then reduced to 200 for about another 40 minutes. When I took them out all the juices...

RECIPE: Baked Fish
Fixed this tonight for dinner...followed the directions completely (well not totally) only I did add some garlic. I also cut the recipe in half. Very good and one I will make again. Made for My-3-Chefs 2009.

RECIPE: Halibut Creole
I used a diced tomato and chopped parsley for the topping, plus some grated Gruyere cheese (as I don't like green pepper). 19 minutes in the oven at 190-200 degrees C was all it needed to get juicily flaky. Very tasty! Other half loved it, too. ![]()

I made a Fine Cooking recipe by Molly Stevens that was very similar to this recipe, and we really loved the crispy and fresh tasting topping on the tender and flaky fish. Molly's recipe just called for lemon zest, but I'm going to make it again...
