I am using 102 OZ of canned crushed tomatoes to make salsa to be canned. Do I still need to add vinegar to this recipe and if so, will this change the taste of my recipe? I do not want a sour flavor.

RECIPE: Barb's Gumbo
Very, very good! I had not made gumbo at home before trying this recipe. I prepared it as directed, adding some cooked smoked turkey sausage and the shrimp 10 mins before serving. Your directions for making a roux were particularly helpful....

RECIPE: Crawfish /Shrimp Etouffee
This recipe was not worth the time spent to prepare it. I found it to be very bland to be called etouffee, and that disappointed me.I felt confident that it would be a good dish after reading the reviews, but it wasn't.

RECIPE: Cajun-Style Chicken Gumbo
This is a very good recipe. I just added more hot sauce. I love hot and spicy.
