I'm sure this is somewhere in the TDay Headquarters but I couldn't find it and don't have a lot of time to browse.
My frozen turkey is 14 lbs. (just me and my ds) So when should I take it out of the freezer to thaw in time for TDay?

RECIPE: Mexican Rice Pudding (Arroz Con Leche)
This is the one!! I only changed the fact that I cooked the rice first in the milk then added the rest of the ingredients. Came out wonderful!
