I am sure this has probably been asked before. I have a bunch of bananas that are ripening a lot faster than usual. When I have frozen bananas in the past, they turn brown. Is there a way to freeze these and use them later for bread/muffins, etc? .............or, is this not a good idea?

WOW! These sloppy joes are delicious! I really liked the addition of the bell pepper! I somehow managed to be out of garlic cloves so used dried minced garlic. Served with potato salad and dill picke slices. Made for 1.2.3 Hits Tag
