I'm sure this has been answered before, but I have a fair amount of fresh cilantro left over from a recipe and don't want to waste it. Does anyone have a link/recipe for drying or freezing cilantro? Which is better?

RECIPE: Waldorf Salad (Miracle Whip & Cool Whip)
Easy to make, but very tasty! I used walnuts instead of pecans. I see how you could easily eyeball the ingredients. I used gala and granny smith apples with red seedless grapes. Very Yummy!
