Homemade Honey Granola

quote My Father's Day burgers fell apart on the grill! What causes hamburgers to fall apart when cooking on the grill? Is it the type of ground beef or seasonings added to the meat? Is there a rule of thumb for the best type of ground beef and additives? quote

RECIPE: High Protein and Fiber Breakfast

Had this for a quick lunch - tasty and filling, great idea! Instead of oat bran and wheat germ I used rice bran, some coconut flour and ground flax seed, and almond butter instead of peanut butter. This will be a keeper! Thanks for posting.

RECIPE: Crunchy Peanut Butter Wraps

This recipe is totally YUMMY. I just love the peanub butter and granola. Sometimes I use a banana instead of the apple and also throw a few raisins into it. Also if I feel like having a little more of a sweetness, I would squirt some honey as well.
