I am making potato cakes to go with dinner tonight and I have a HUGE pile of potato skin strips! My plan is to EVOO them and S&P and bake them up like fries...I figure ...why not?!

Oh, Cookiedog, I think you are my salad's new best friend. These were very easy and very good. I agree with the other posters that said they are crunchy without being hard. I used a mini boule of sourdough bread I had left out of a pack of 2....

RECIPE: Christmas Pepper Chutney
I have not made this recipe,but had a jar given to me by the chef. It is wonderful! Has just enough of a sweet taste to bring out the flavor, but also has a little spicey taste too. I used it once as a spread for a turkey sandwich. Really made...

RECIPE: Simply Pure Maple Whipped Cream
Lovely whipped cream. Nice subtle maple flavouring. I served it on top of apple crumble YUM. Made for 1,2,3 Hit Wonders.
