I made my first batch of bagels the other night and they came out great! I however I was having a very hard time mixing in the cinnamon sugar and raisins after the yeast had risen. Can I mix ingredients into the dough before I let it rise or does it have to be after? Also, does anyone know any...

RECIPE: Fresh Peach Ice Cream (Regular and Diet Versions)
Wonderful flavor! I love almosd with my peaches, so this was perfect. The texture was good, but I would prefer it to be a little creamier. Maybe next time I will use better quality half and half or heavy cream.
