I am sure this has probably been asked before. I have a bunch of bananas that are ripening a lot faster than usual. When I have frozen bananas in the past, they turn brown. Is there a way to freeze these and use them later for bread/muffins, etc? .............or, is this not a good idea?

RECIPE: Rosolli - Finnish Beetroot Salad
This is one of my favorite things to eat. My mother in law sometimes puts the veggies in colums in a rectangle serving dish in case someone wants more or less of one veggie. It sounds creepy to have cream on a salad but wow... it totally works...
