RECIPE: Ratatouille With Chickpeas -- Crock-Pot
I thought this was okay. It had great flavor, would definitely have preferred it w/some chicken. Follow previous reviews, like draining the tomatoes if you don't want it to be soupy and don't pre-cook the eggplant because it does get really soft....

RECIPE: Tortilla Espanola (Traditional Spanish Potato Omelete).
Made this recipe pretty much as given, but didn't peel the potatoes, & I did cut the amounts in half since there were only 2 of us! Easy to make (in spite of all the steps) & we had a great tasting breakfast, coupled with another great recipe,...

RECIPE: Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Soup
YUMMY!, this was a really good soup. I chopped the broccoli up in to very small pieces.
