quote I made my first batch of bagels the other night and they came out great! I however I was having a very hard time mixing in the cinnamon sugar and raisins after the yeast had risen. I really enjoyed this recipe. I tried it to share with some vegan friends and it was a big hit with all of us. I like having the berbere spice on hand in the fridge to use whenever I want this dish. It was fairly easy to prepare. I used purple...

I tried this recipe initially to share with some vegan friends. I love this recipe and have used it several times now, even though I'm not vegan/vegetarian. Easy to prepare, a big hit with everyone who's tried it, and still works great...
