Is their another cheese one can use with same qualities as fontina cheese. I have never had it before and the stores here do not sell it.

RECIPE: Egyptian Kebabs
Well I guess I'm in the minority. Made this last night and was supremely disappointed. VERY bland and tomatoes a bad addition.

RECIPE: Egyptian Style Baked Fish (Saneya Semaak)
This is a very special recipe. The flavor from all the ingredients is wonderful. I used Basa filets - they are a very mild flavored fish. I did not use any buttter and it was still delicious. Even someone that hates fish will love this recipe....
