RECIPE: Shortcake (Sockerkaka)

Oh my--this is so wonderful. It's perfect for strawberry shortcake. It has a yummy light texture that soaks up the juices and sugar from the strawberries. I didn't use bread crumbs to coat the pan--just sprayed with Pam which made the cake...

RECIPE: Jaffa Muffins

These baked beautifully and were very pretty. They looked exactly like the ones in the photoes. Next time I'll reduce the temp or the baking time because they were a little bit burned.

RECIPE: Ww Devilishly Good Breakfast Sandwich

This was really good! Instead of layering as is directed I chopped the egg and mixed it with dressing and had an "egg salad" sandwich. I would also decrease the amount of mustard a tad next time. I also added a dash of hot sauce.
