RECIPE: Mojito Mixer

I made this with cane sugar and it turned out great! I also took out the lime wedges at the end and squeezed out the rest of the juice to make a cold drink with it. I'm going to mix this with carbonated water because I'm not a drinker.

RECIPE: Cuban Potato Salad

Yegads, this is a great salad. I did decrease the habanero sauce by about 1/2 and added some seasoned salt. Love all the good "stuff" that goes into the salad as it makes it extra tasty.
