My parents are visiting in a few days and I want to make a pot roast, but I'm not sure what kind of cut to buy. What kind of cut do you have good results with?

RECIPE: Tuscan Rosemary Dry Rub
Very excellent rub! Had it on boneless pork chops, which I pan-fried in a little olive oil. I'm looking forward to trying it on other meats and using other cooking methods. Thank you, alijen, for posting. Made for My 3 Chefs Fall 2009.

RECIPE: Easy Pizza Sauce
This was pretty good. We added a bit of salt and pepper as well as some brown sugar to cut down on the acidity. Made to go on some big pizzas (baker's half sheet size) and still had a little bit left for dipping.
