I hate using sweetened condensed; it's sickeningly sweet to me and overpowers the other flavors that are used in dessert.
Is there anything I can use as a substitute for sweetened condensed milk when a recipe calls for it? I found a recipe for pumpkin mochi that sounds perfect however...
